Happy International Women’s Day from 137 Pillars Hotels & Resorts!
On this day, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate our female leaders for their hard work and tireless solidarity in making our hotels a great place to be. Our wonderful female staff at both the Bangkok property and Chiang Mai property take charge at all sorts of departments that keep the hotels operating in spick and span brilliance. Ranging from Finance, Front Office, Reservations and Social Media, Group and Event Sales, to Human Resources—they all exemplify a honed acumen in their roles. Crucial positions such as Executive Chef and General Manager are also spearheaded by women, which goes on to say that there isn’t anything a woman cannot do.
We hope they all will continue to be exemplary hospitality professionals and to pass forward an environment of equality, inclusivity and diversity.
