Jeffrey is a globally renowned CEO, educator, Leadership coach, motivational speaker, and author. He is the CEO of St. Julian Hotels and Residences and the current president of the International Hospitality Institute, the leading education, standards, and advocacy organization serving the global hospitality industry. 

Dr. Jeffrey O is the creator of the START Model™, a goal-setting, goal-tracking, and problem-solving model developed for coaches and business executives. 

He continues to mentor CEOs, business leaders, and coaches on how to be more effective and successful.
